第九届“国际戏剧学院奖”（表演奖）正在有序筹备中，为圆满完成本届“学院奖”，志愿者招募工作正在进行中，招募期间组委会不组织任何形式的培训，不收取志愿者任何费用。志愿者一经录用，按照青岛市政策发放到岗补贴。
